Visitation and Pastoral Care
Part of our ministry is to journey with you in times of sickness, crisis and challenge. If you would like a pastoral visit (at the hospital, by phone or at home), please let us know by contacting the church office.

Prayer Ministry
If you have a need you would like us to pray with you about, let us know by:
. Writing your need on a pew prayer card and placing it in the offering plate. It will be shared with our pastors and intercessory prayer team.
. Participating in ministry time during a morning service and allowing one of our ministry team members to pray personally with you.
. Contacting the church office by phone or email (prayer@mwpa.com). We will forward your need to our intercessory prayer team. If your need is urgent, call the church office. If you have great news to share let us know so we can rejoice with you!


Stephen Ministry
                        

Stephen Ministry provides distinctively Christian one-to-one care to individuals overwhelmed with personal crisis or burdens.

Our next Training Session runs Thursdays from January 12 to March 22 from 7-9:30 PM in Room 2018. Please contact the church office to register.

13 weeks of dynamic teaching, support and encouragement for those going through separation or divorce. Tuesdays, January 10 - April 17, 2012 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM . Kids&friends for Elementary students runs simultaneously using the DC4K (DivorceCare 4 Kids curriculum). Contact the general office for more information or to register.

If you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you've probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you've never faced before. GriefShare will help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life.

Each GriefShare session has three distinct elements:

1. Video Seminar with Experts
2. Support Group Discussion with focus
3. Workbook-based Personal Study and Reflection

The seminar series starts on Monday, January 9 in Room 2021 from 7-9PM
